  1. First navigate to the form you would like to export. To learn how to do this, read our guide on viewing data.
  2. Then, press Options at the top of the page, and press Export Data.

After a few seconds, your browser should automatically download a csv containing your form data.

Importing data

You can also import data into The Conservation Hub. To do this, first we recommend exporting a copy of the form data you plan to import, and using that as your template to import the data. Data is not validated when imported, so it is important that you get the formatting correct.

Then follow these steps:

  1. First navigate to the form you would like to import. To learn how to do this, read our guide on viewing data.
  2. Then, press Options at the top of the page, and press Import Data.
  3. Next, select the group that you will be submitting data on behalf of.
  4. Then, select the project.
  5. Next, select the user that will be the "Owner" of the data that is submitted. If you want the data to appear as submitted by you, select yourself, otherwise if you are importing data on behalf of another user, select them.
  6. Upload the CSV file. If your file is larger than 2MB, please break the file up into seperate files under 2MB each.
  7. After the CSV is uploaded, you should see a preview of all of the data you are importing below. You can press Edit to modify the data before it's imported, or press Delete to remove records. Please check all data carefully before importing it.
  8. Once you're happy all of the data your importing in is correct, press Import at the bottom of the page and wait for it to finish processing.
  9. Once finished, you can return to the table view to see your imported data.
